finally got some datamaster scans

i have been trying to track down a low end loss of power for about a year. once i took these scans i noticed that the LTerm Counts are always low....often around 10x. Can anyone see anything that could cause this rich condition, and would running rich make the car fall on its face at low rpm's?
any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

btw, we also took scans of my buddies '94, and his LTerm counts tended to go a bit lean...and he does not have that low end power loss at all...his car feels like a rocket out of the hole...any ideas? scans of his car are here:
