4 wire O2 sensor

Does anybody know what wire does what. I'm used to 3 wire sensors. I have a 4 now. 2 white wires, 1 grey, 1 black. Anybody know how to wire this thing??

2 - whites are the heater
grey is ground
black is mv output to ecm
