EGR crossover
I was going to repace the insulation on my EGR crossover tube on my 90 a little while back. When i went to turn the Torx screw on the fender side of the tube the whole tube felt like it was twisting and was making this cracking sound like it wanted to breaak. So i stopped and figured i wont fix it. Well now im gonna do Roller Rockers, So I need some advise. I guess i could drill them out, I tried WD40, I could impact them? I just dont want to break the pipe under the pipe.

So does it sound like it has a leak now after the crack?
Soak the threads with PB Blaster. Works great. Heat up the threads with a propane torch. If you do break the tube, you can go to a muffler shop and have them weld it back on.
