Just ordered EASE.

I'm kind of excited to get it! I can't wait to start be able to scan the car while in Windows. This will make things sooooo much easier than scan, reboot, burn chip, reboot, scan.... etc.

Scorp,

you won't regret it.. I have used EASE since 2000.. I really like the Windows compatibility, now I need a new PROM Programmer.. I have an old one, btu I have a new laptop on the way so I think it is time for the Pocket Programmer 2

Jeff, I have the PP2 and its soooo easy to use. :yesnod: Flashing a chip is extremely fast from within windows.

I bought Ease through Mike_88Z51 here on the forum in '01. :thumbs: Excellent product support with Susan Rocker.

Damnit there is always something! I was dieing for it to get here today so I leave work 30 mins early and get home to get a "we tried to deliver" sticker on the door becuase it needed a signature. Ugh... thankfully the guy drove by 15 mins later and saw me home so he dropped it off. Cool. :thumbs:

So I run inside to install it on my laptop. Boot it up to XP..... nothing but clicks. The damn main boot file ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt on the harddrive. UGHHHH now I have to repair that first. :(
