Attn engine builders - swaping pistons
What would happen if it was lighter/heavier? What is acceptable?
By the way you might be asking why the pistons failed
1. 11.1 compresion ratio
2. Crappy 93 octane
3. Blown head/intake gasket...no coolant
4. TPI finally acted right putting 107% air into the motor at 17+ AFR
5. probably a combintation of all of the above
6. Top ring gap spacing was checked to be 0.028 (or at least the 5 top rings I had left)
