I put some on my 85 about 4-5 years ago. They were a nice affordable shock that worked well.

1 Did your fronts come strapped with the nylon strapping, my backs did
2 I had some rust stains at the bottom
3 did you use the rubber bushings that came with the fronts or did you use the old ones from the Bilsteins?
Mine don't seem to be good, car bounces a lot and makes noise like they are loose. even when I jack it up.

1=No.
2= No rust stains on mine.
3= Used the new ones that came with the shock.

I would send that set back and get a new set..

I am sending them back, and the new ones will be here wednesday. Thanks for the response. The reason I asked about the new rubber bushings is the old ones seem to be sort of pressed in and the opening on the shock mount is larger than the bushings.
