I would do heads and a cam IMO. It wil last you longer, it will be cheaper in the long run, and it is power that will always be on. FWIW, I would not just do heads, I would do a matched heads and cam setup.
Where are you getting your nitrous from? I pay $42 for fill up (30 miles away is a gas distributor who does it for $32, which I end up wasting gas/time so I pay the $42 nearby).

1) Heads/Cam Net me 12s 114mph. I need more power
2) Nitrous Express Burned up my stocker clutch Jetted 150hp shot. Motor was still in good health but I decided time for stroker
