Where do you get an AFPR? or am I totaly off the ball, and this is also something else part of the ECM.

 

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators are to be put in between your fuel rails, in place of the stock regulator

you have to turn the pressure up or down manually to keep everything optimized, and for that you'd need a scanner to help you figure out when its optimized

you can get one thru Summit or any engine parts store usually
