Need help finding a grounding location
In my never ending quest to chase and fix faulty grounds in my '85 (271K miles...), I need help finding a particular grounding location. I need to find the ground from the IP harness for the IP panel. According to my service manual, which does not include a drawing of this location for whatever reason, it is on the left side of the steering column. Gordon Killebrew's dash repair book says that it's at the left side of the dash in the door hinge area. I have looked around both locations and cannot find it. Can someone tell me where it is?
