C5 brake conversion
What does it take to upgrade the brakes on a 94 Corvette 12 inch set up, to C5 calipers and discs. I am aware that I need brackets for the calipers, but doe 13 inch C5 rotors fit right on? :auto:

First: like they said the C5 brakes will not fit under stock sawblades!
Okey, to the 'what do I need to make a C5 brake upgrade' -part:
You need this stuff: http://tinyurl.com/narz
ie calipers and bolts and stuff
And this stuff: http://tinyurl.com/nary
ie adapters
This might be a good idea: http://tinyurl.com/narx
ie brake hoses
And then you need to make a choice about the rotors and brake pads. Your possible choices are:
- stock GM stuff from Superior Chevy
- aftermarket parts from your local parts store
- Stillen Sport Rotors http://www.stillen.com
- Baer rotors http://www.baer.com/
- PowerStop rotors http://www.powerstopbrakes.com/
- and many more to choose from but I believe those were the most popular ones
- brake pads can be bought from them too or from numerous other places, go with 1 step better than stock pads if you drive mostly on street. Do not buy racing pads for this use!
