Default C5 Brake Conversion

I've read a ton on messages about this, and I'm still not sure I got it right.

I want to convert to the C5 brakes, because I also have a C5 and then I can use the same parts on both. The C4 has the saw blade wheels and stock brakes.

So here's my understanding:

- I can use C5 calipers and rotors on the front but I need an adapter for the calipers and a 1/2" spacer for the wheel

- I can't use C5 parts on the back because they won't fit.

Is this correct? If so, where do I get the caliper adapter (besides Electrodynamics) and wheel spacer?

TIA

Skip electrodynamics, they are a rip, at one point and time they were the only game in town. There are several places to get the bracket and wheel spacers.

C5 calipers on the rear can be made to fit, but it's the same damn thing as the C4 rear. Just paint the stocker red or whatever color and forget about it.

Page Ed Salinas, he's got the adapters for around $ 95.00

I contacted Ed Salinas for the adapter. Where do I get the 1/2" wheel spacer - I tried an Internet search without results?

So I can keep the rear calipers. Can I replace the rear rotors with C5 rotors? Do I need an adapter and spacer for that?
