i took out my spark plugs and the porclens is white my fuel pressure is set at 45psi with vacuume line off i have rapidfire#5s i did replace my injectors with 21# from five o motorsports what should it be set at wiyh 21# injectors or is somthing else wrong?????
first off hi and i am not sure i have ever heard of fms 21# injectors so this might not apply to you but are you wondering if white is a bad color for the insulator of the plug it all depends on how long the plug has been in the chamber for if you are looking for it to be a bit more tan in color then that is okay too heck even some plugs will be a bit on the reddish orange side with the different additives in gas and the location where you live these days in my experience most all sparkplugs i have looked at start off with a white insulator
okay the plugs are new i have about 40 miles on them i don't drive the car everyday just on the weekends. how long should i wait tell i check them again????? i live in ny sea level.
Why do you think you have to check the plugs at every gas station?
The car is still stock or at least internally stock? If so, drive it and don't worry about it. Those plugs should last at least 20,000 miles under normal driving. If it gets hard to start then pull one out and see what it looks like.
As far as if you are racing the car then thats a whole new ballgame.
