Default Should my Electronic Climate control work this way?

The system works fine as far as heating and cooling, although it does seem very sensitive to sun load, but it looses its memory each time the key is turned off. Regardless of what settings are in use, when the car shut down and started the next time, the system comes on as "Auto & Auto fan", with 75 degrees for the temperature. All fuses are OK in the main fuse panel. Is this proper operation or is anyone familiar with this situation?

Check your battery. Corvettes are very sensitive to the condition of the battery. You may have the right number of volts, but have the ampage checked. I have had little gremlins before (had the same issue with my A/C) and replacing the battery solved the problem. I would take it to an auto parts store that tests batteries and have it checked out. :smash:

No - memory function is built in and usually powered up by the courtesy clock fuse. You can put a DVM in line with the fuse (you'll have to jumper the ground) and the panel connector to see if there's any draw with ignition off - it'll be a fraction of an amp, but it should be there. More than likely the assembly is shot if the wiring is ok and the battery isn't getting drained overnight.
