For the LT headers I'd go with either TPIS or Exotic Muscle (I have EM). For cat-back, you should listen to others to see which sound you like, as they all produce about the same gain. Lots of people like B&B or Corsa. Some just replace the mufflers with Flowmasters or Magnaflows. If you do the cat-back route, get a x-pipe too.

with all the cat backs adding about the same amount of power, sound becomes the target.
I have Corsa's on my 92 LT1. And I would get them again. They're the nicest sounding, in my opinion. Nice idle, nice full throttle and best yet, no cruise resonance.

I have TPIS longtubes, no cats, into the Corsa system. I would highly recommend the Corsa system, even without the cats there is no interior resonence...but it can get a little loud! If I had to do it again, the only thing I would change is the headers, I like the EM headers a lot better...but they were not out when I was looking.

I installed a Side Effects system. It went in perfectly and is very well engineered. It looks great. It sounds terrific. I love the sound going throught the gears. I was concerned it would be too loud but its not. A bit pricy but I think its worth it. I get a lot of compliments.
