Default 1986 A-Mold/Tire size ??'s
I'm going to upgrade to A-Molds. I need some suggestions on tire, and rim size. I dont want the tires to extend beyond the fender, or rub. I also do not want to adversely effect handling. For the front 17x9.5 rim size is what I am looking at. What tire size what you all recomend? For the rear I'm looking at 17x9.5 or 17x11. I'd like to go as wide as possible in the rear. Suggestions. Thanks for the help.

275s on front and rear for me
you could run a 285 for the 17x9.5 in the rear
315 for the 17x11, and up to a 335

I have 275s on 9.5x17s five spokes all around......I like to rotate my tires at least front to back and I am not sure if I can run 285s in the front.....

Front: 275x40x17 on 17x9.5"
Rear: 315x35x17 on 17x11"

If you look at tire specs the diameter of 275/40/17 is close to the stock 16"ers

I believe the rear offset is 36.5mm.
