Default '91 stumbling and stalling

My car is stumbling under throttle and stalling when idling. During idle, I hear knocking as well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This definately sounds fuel related. Start by checking your fuel pump and fuel filter, if it's been a while since you've done it, it could be getting cloged, also test your injectors and make sure they're working properly. :jester

Mine idled fine when cold but, when warmed up, would idle poorly and even kill occasionally. It ran fine at middle- and high-end speeds. I had some bad injectors. I changed them all and that solved the problem.

First thing I would check would be my spark plugs and see what type of shape they are in and look for any thing out of the ordinary oil, fouling etc.
spark plugs can tell you alot on how your car is running and its a good starting point
