Eckler's sells them So does Mid America (I think...)
But they're sort of useless. They don't help with hp or torque. The stock air bridge is the accordian ribbed design so as to resist collapsing inward during high demand operation, and it doesn't really make the intake charge that turbulent.
Better to use the $$ on a set of low resistance spark plug wires like Taylor Spiro Pro's, MSD's, or Magnecore's. The OEM carbon filled wires ain't that great for voltage delivery (but they do suppress RFI well...)

:iagree: Last year MAD had one for sale for the speed density guys (myself included). I called to ask about how it was reinforced because of the long run from air box to TB (no MAF). Got no answers except that it was on back order because of "production issues". Eventually it was pulled even from the catalog. I don't know for sure, but I would suspect it was being sucked closed on hard acceleration. My $.02
Re: air intake bellows, smooth tubes. (Steel Blue 91)
You could by the smooth tube to smooth out the air and then by the Tornado to churn up the air. Also the Tornado would keep the smooth tube from collapsing. For a couple hundred dollars you could be right where you started.

I think you are on the right track here. Just add the spacer plate and air foil. Hear that sucking sound? It's money being sucked out of your wallet

:D :D :D P T Barnum said it best, there's a sucker born every minute :D :D
GM would have done this and a lot of the other inexpensive horespower mods if they worked :D
The only "free or cheap mode" I have seen make adifference is getting rid of my "frisbee" and the old tick of opening the spark plug gap to 0.50. cutting back the ground tip at the point where it curves, will do the same thing.
