TB Airfoil vs VaporPower
So it's unanimous, the TB airfoil thingy is basically worthless. Does this also mean all of those other products that tout 10 hp gains or 8-10% hp gains are as worthless as well? Personally, I’d much rather spend 100 dollars to get a real gain, rather than spend 30 dollars and get nothing. So what products really perform, and which do not? I was looking to buy the Horsepower Hot Pack at MidAmerica. WOW!!! 20HP for only 120 bucks….really?!?! Can this kit of the TB Airfoil, K&N and Fuel Pressure Regulator really be worth 20 HP? Your comments (silly, vicious & otherwise) are appreciated……really!

Airfoil , well you know what people think about that.
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (AFPR), on a stock motor, I don't know if you are going to see any increase other than your debt. The opinions I have gotten on it has been to wait until I have some major engine work done and I need more fuel pressure.

AFPR with no mods such as head work and cam that demand the extra fuel will just risk making the stock engine run on the rich side. On an L98 a K&N filter in combo with removal of the front MAF screen may help throttle response some.
