I just put in new MSD 8.5 Super Conductror plug wires, dist cap, rotor, coil. Did not mess with fuel at all. Started, missing, smelling like fuel and a bit of a backfire and low idle until stall.
Also installed Bosch Platinum +4 plugs
HELP....Any suggestions?

Also make sure no connectors or wires got loosened/broken during the spark plug wire renovation. lots of sensors around the engine.
My bet's still on a swapped plug wire set, though, on the left side. Very hard to see the routing.
Good luck!
Thanks...seems to have worked itself out on its own. Im guessing some oil or grease or antisieze on some of the electrodes on the plugs causing some initial fouling.
I checked positions and routing about 10 times...lol.... :hurray:
