I have a heater/ A/C control problem
Hi, new kidd on the joint here.
I've own my 89 vette for only a year.
I love the car.
I have a electronic heater / A/C problem. The temperature setting is not working as it should. I can lower the temperature, but I cannot raise it back up. What should I do?

I had a simular problem on my 94. It turned out the contacts inside the heater control module were dirty. What I did was remove the module from the dash, opened it up and used a pencil eraser on all the contacts inside the box. Problem gone. Hope this helps

The only difference is we used alcohol (radio shack head cleaner) and q-tips to wipe the circuit board and the carbon contacts inside the little rubber nipples of the rubber cover between the buttons and the circuit board.
