Temp went from 195 to 260or more in a second? need help
In my 91 c4 i was driving around a hard right and i looked down to check RPM and Speed (not to go to fast and wreck) and after the turn i looked and my temp gauge said 260 or past? it was like the car was off or something the needle was maxed out? So does anyone know the location of the sensor to tell the engine temp i think it came unplugged?

i hope its just the sensor, because that symptom is indicative of a blown head gasket usually

Sensor for the gauge is on passenger side cylinder ehad between #6 & #8 - single blade connector. I hope it's unplugged, but I think they read low when they are undone :confused:
