LT4 Valve Seals On L98

LT4 Valve Seals On L98
Does anyone know if the LT4 metal cased rubber valve stem oil seals (GM#10212810) will fit on an L98 ?
If so, are they a better seal than the rubber L98/ZZ* seal (GM#460483).
I am fitting Manley single groove undercut valves, so am trying to find the best option to seal the guides. I don't want to fit the ptfe type PC seals.
I need them on both Intake and Exhaust, thats why I thought the LT4 might be superior, as they also have single groove valves (or so I am told). TIA :steering:
