Re: How do they do that thing with the interior lights? (froggy47)
I need to check mine because the orange light over the drivers door handle is out. I've had the door panels off before, and it is a separate circuit with a separate bulb, at least in the door panels. Seems like it might be a different kind of bulb though. I'll post back if I figure anything out on the bulb.

Wow, they've come down in price. I seem to recall that they were almost $25 a piece back when I had my 88. I believe that high mounted third brake light on the coupe takes the same bulb. I had to replace two in the dash and two in the third brake light and back in 1991, it was like $100 at the dealer. Ouch! I had been accustomed to four bits or so for the occasional turn signal or brake light for all the beaters I'd driven up up until I'd gotten that Vette...

$10? thats cheap, in the pool business, some pool lights are halogen. They can go for as low as $35 and as high as in the $80 range...insane for bulbs...its a good thing they last as long as they do.
