That sort of coincides with 383 test results in TPIS "Insider Hints" comparing SR vs MR, except that they reported a nice HP increase at over 6k RPM with the MR.
BTW, that's some "nice air" under those front tires.
Corky, i agree with you too. Sometimes chassis dyno numbers make no sense, especially on automatic cars. If you dont lock the converter, the torque multplier throws off the low end torque curve and you wind up with huge torque peaks at like 2700 rpm when you know the torque shouldn't peak until much later. Then you have effects of weather and even wider variations between dynos. I doubt very much that Dave lost HP going to the MR and gained lowend torque....there's just no way. Different days, different dynos, different drive trains, etc. The results, in this case, cannot be compared.
Ahhh... ok. I understand now :D I am currently fixing my bronco because ah.. **** on explaining. I understand busy, busy. Don't rush it or yourself, lets see this done right :smash:
Just curious as to the progress. WE are waiting anxiously  :smash:

my props are due to you jeb.
As a couple of us have noted in this post, we don't have a lot of confidence in the latest dyno numbers. However, if you consider there might be as much as 20% drive train loss, that's still over 500 at the crank.
I'm surprised because I made 432RWHP on a 90 DEG F day and my best MPH is 118.9 compared with your 130 and motor wise, they're very similar. My 1/4 times are really bad because the car won't 60 ft but I thought I'd have better MPH
.. tens at a buck thirty ...must be nice!
