I like the sound and performance from my Flowmaster cat back system. Sounds great under acceleration but is quiet at cruise. You should hear it at idle. It's the sweetest sound. Best of both worlds!

There is a great opportunity here on the forum for the Corsa catback exhaust system. Check out general discussion. I know it's over $500, but this is a great price and from what I have read, is a great compromise for the sound of a Vette. And because of S/S it will last a long time.

Force II gets my vote
I used the Flowmaster force 2 for 92-96 on my 90 L98 and am happy with it. I had different down pipes bent and am running with no cats. Had to replace the bolts on the rear end to bolts for an LT1 for the rear hanger.
When I first got it on I would accelerate then slow down just to hear it, still do. Less resonance in 6th than the stock system. Nice low rumble at idle.
Was thinking about the Corsa, but could not justify the cost.
