I don't think it would be very easy. The 93 were a batch fire fuel injection while the 94's went to a sequential setup. I think this alone would make the swapped a much more involved process.
The ECU is different in a 93 from the 94. Also, 93 has speed density setup, not mass air flow. You would need to update a lot of stuff to get it to work. Also, the transmission functions are different in the computer. On autos, the 4L60E was used in the 94+, 93 only had the 4L60. Our 93's have a cable for the throttle, 94 didn't.
Hope this helps.
Go read the FAQ in the C4 Scan and Tune section. It will explain a lot of your questions for you.
A Hypertech PPIII isn't the answer for your needs. You can learn to burn your own as I am trying to do or you can contact Ed Wright at http://www.Fastchip.com for a chip suited to your needs. Not real necessary unless you have serious mods to your car IMHO. GM program isn't that bad, just real rich at WOT. Sure there is room for improvement, but it is still pretty good for most people.
I have an old P2 Toshiba laptop with Datamaster installed that uses AKM cables for data logging. TunerCat for the code swapping, Needhams EMP10 for burning the AT29C256 chips and the Moates adapter to get them on the ECM.
