Default What else can I try???

I've done the following mods, yet can't seem to break Into the 12 sec. club.
1991 L-98 automatic
Vortex Ram Air Induction, 58mm throttle body, air (smog ) pump eliminator pulley, high flow runners, adjustable fuel pressure regulator set to 55 psi, high output fuel pump, Breathless perf. custom computer chip, 160* thermostadt, bosch +4 plugs, high performance racing plug wires, 40,000 volt supercoil, LPE 1 5/8 headers ( elminates the 2 precats ) High flow catalyic converter, Borla exhaust, TCI street fighter trans. ( auto with manual throttle body for drag racing ) TCI high stall torque converter (2700 rpm), 3:54 gears, BFG drag radials (15 psi) Eagle F1 on the front (55 psi), I remove the front sway bar before drag racing.
I have a best 1/4 of 13.045 @103 mph & 1.76 60ft time which occured In september 2002.
This year I'm In the 13.30 to 13.50 sec range and only 1.8's 60ft times. The only thing I added since last year was the hi output fuel pump and air pump eliminator pulley.
I had the car dynoed at East Coast Supercharging (great guys there) this summer on a very hot day. My fuel to air ratio was pretty flat at 12.9 to 1 across the torque band. Chris said there wasn't much else he could adjust.
ANY THOUGHTS OUT THERE what might be wrong with this setup or something that needs tweeking.
Any help here would be appreciated, Thanks

Dump the +4s and put something like an NGK TR-55 in there. A set of skinnies on the front would get you 1 or 2 tenths. Do you have any datalogs of the car this year? Is it getting any knock? Have you played with the timing at all?
