It is not exactly NOVA but I have a shop in Mt. Airy, MD (about 1/2 hour from Gaithersburg) building a 383 for me. It's called Total Performance. They have a Mustang Dyno too. Labor is $70/hr which isn't too bad for the area. I can let you know how it turns out if you are interested.
