It is not exactly NOVA but I have a shop in Mt. Airy, MD (about 1/2 hour from Gaithersburg) building a 383 for me. It's called Total Performance. They have a Mustang Dyno too. Labor is $70/hr which isn't too bad for the area. I can let you know how it turns out if you are interested.

Take the exit off the 95N to Quantico but when you get to the base turn left and don't enter the base... Go past the Wendy's or BK and there on the right after the fork in the road is a corvette shop... Cooper's Corvettes

Best shop in VA is ZIP outside of Richmond. Not in the NOVA area but I always liked the drive in my vette to ZIP!! :yesnod: :lol:
