I'd like to track the gains I make with performance mods without expensive trips to a dyno shop. I've found that Escort (the radar detector people) make a GTimer GT1 ($150.), GT2 ($250) and G-Tech makes one for $135 (Solotime catalog)
Anyone use these? Any good? Any recommendations? Thanks
Re: Which performance computer? GT1, GT2, or G-TECH (froggy47)
I bought the G-TECH. It's easy to use and seems accurate enough. The G-TECH has 2 versions as well. I opted for the $250 G-TECH so I could download the data to my computer and be able to calculate and set my shift points more accurately. I don't think the $135-$150 G-TECH has the computer link capability. I went with G-TECH mainly because they were the first to ever produce this type of plug and play measuring equipment. No problems so for..

I posted this some time ago, I would love to hear from people who own them.

"Mr Dyno" is the best vehicle performance calculator on the market. It is not only accurate and very repeatable, but results are downloaded to your PC. It compensates for staging roll out, vehicle suspension squat, weather, and lots more. I love it.
