93-96 Coolant Leak ????
I noticed a coolant smell while driving, after further discovery I noticed that it continues to leak while vehicle is running, but afterwards, residual just runs off.
At first, after some advice from a fellow corvette guru, I checked the coolant transfer at the rear of the motor, between the 2 cylinder heads, NOPE, dry and not leaking. With vehicle running continued looking, but couldn't see anything, except underneath while running small trickle coming from back of block/front of ZF 6speed. Yikes!!
Any idea of something I might check out??
I Did jack the car up and look, checked knock sensors(2) NOPE, It is coming from the backside of the engine. I don't have a clue!

Not coming from the head gasket or intake gasket.
I am thinking it might be a freeze plug in the back of the block, between the block & flywheel. Completely dry up top, but leaks down below.
That is really the only thing I can imagine now that I know it isn't a head gasket, intake, or coolant transfer tube between heads.
Anyone heard of this happening??
