Knock problem bad please Help!!!
I finally got the WinALDL scan program working so I just started my car and let it run under a 1min and the computer shows that I have gotten 266 knocks at 1000RPM (car was only at idle). Then I did it again while driving for 22sec and the computer showed 255 knocks at 1000rpm and 517 at 1200rpm. :mad
what are some things that could be causing these knocks.

Motor mounts, timing chain, roller rockers, solid lifters, piston slap...and the list goes on. They're called, "false counts". Good luck, and...
