headlight is stuck wtf
ok my motor took a crap out on me so i used the little turn thingy and booom headlight is back. well i replaced the light bulb and since i have done that the emergency thing stops where it would start to open. when i plug the motor in you can hear it move a little and then it stops like some thing is holding it up. but im 95 % sure nothing is in the way.
any ideas what this could be.... i need to fix it soon because its only a matter of time till i get stoped for one headlight

If turning the manual **** feels "mushy" and the motor runs but doesn't move the headlight, replace the three nylon bushings inside the motor gear housing.
If the motor hums but doesn't sounds like it's turning and the mechanism isn't binding, service the motor; otherwise repair the cause of binding.

Sounds like it could be as simple as debris in the gear mesh. Pull it apart and clean out the lube and inspect.
