Default Anyone do a SD to MAF conversion?

I was wondering if anyone had ever converted a speed density car to MAF? What all was/is involved?

To the best of my knowledge, 90 and 91 were the only two years for speed density. Your 92 should be a mass air flow car. I'm confused

You should be able to do it with a '94+ computer. You might have to redo some of the pinouts on the wiring harness though. It seems to be more work than it's worrh though. You might as well pay a little more and get an after market standalone then.

You also, will have to work around the problem of the 94 up using the electronic transmission, (4L60E) where as the 93 and down used the 4L60 no E on it or the 700r4. IMHO it aint worth the effort.

Hmm what if your car has 50-60% MAP readings at idle, 30% at cruise, and 102% at WOT? How would you meter the fuel? Granted this is for a TPI, which I no longer have...
