I looked all over the place for these. Most are priced at $295 or more, for just the adaptors! I bought a set from a fellow Forum member, edsalanas (sp?). They look great!! I just ordered the remaining parts from Superior Chevrolet and Mid America. I got the adaptors from Ed for $95 plus $10 for s&h. Great guy to deal with!! He sells them on eBay, or you can contact him direct. He can also answer any of your questions on doing the conversion. Superior Chevrolet has a web page set up with everything else you need for the conversion. Website is: http://www.superchevyperformance.com. I got the stainless steel braided hoses from Mid America.
http://www.electro-dynamics.com has them. I got mine from them and they work great. The brackets aren't the main concern. You need the right wheels to fit them. A mold 5 spokes like on mine or many aftermarket rims will work. Sawblades will work with spacers. VBP (Vette brake products) may also have them for sale.
Re: Options for C5 Caliper adapters (92TripleBlack)
I vote for Ed Salinas adapters. Can't beat the price nor service. Comes with attaching hardware as well. Got my calipers in the mail today. Need pad kit now to install it. Will get them tomorrow. Not cheap at $113 a set local. Think I'll wait and call Chris tomorrow.
I made my own. Took 8 wooden prototypes, cost nothing (nearly)
:D
I made my own too, but it only took me one piece of aluminum and one measurement, and a trip to a welding shop. They plasma cut my jig out of steel.
Cost me $30
Re: Options for C5 Caliper adapters (GusBustamanteJr)
I'd like some info on your brackets, did you make a template for them? I just checked the j55s and the CS brakes, they use the same pads as the 12s, no great gain there.
Its not too tough, its a different package than most run though. Do a search for posts with my username, then find the one with the C5 brake upgrade for the whole story. Still working great for me!

Goody,
Superior has the ceramic pads (give off a lot less brake dust according to the C5 crowd) for $ 79.30. Can't beat the price! I haven't used them yet...I have them on order. They also have a great price on the Durastop rotors as well. I figure I will try them out and if I don't like them, then pick up a set of NAPA rotors. A lot of C5 owners are running the NAPA rotors without any problems.
Well, turns out the parts department was open last night at a local dealership. So, I bought a regular set of pads for it for the $105 price, thanks to a military discount. I'll try these pads out for a while and see if I like them compared to the PFZ's. I already bought my NAPA rotors. They are getting hard to find around here now. If I dont' turn them blue after my first event later this month then I will buy another set and store them away while the price is down.
My only reservations about the ceramic pads is that most claim they aren't as grippy as the normal pads. Maybe I'll just bed these in and use them for autocross only....dunno......
I know and he sells them for a good price. I'd just rather do it myself when the time comes. If someone already had the dimensions for the early adaptors, it would save me development time. If not, I'll post my dimensions if/when I get around to this upgrade.

Eddie is a great guy to deal with! The adaptors he sells are beautiful! And, if you have any questions about the parts or conversion, he will answer any questions he can.
