I believe AutoMeter makes such a gauge but they are pretty much useless with the stock O2 sensor.
During closed loop operation in steady cruzin the stock O2 sensor readings swing between about 350mV and 900mV; at WOT the reading should go to slightly over 900mV.
You could buy a wide band O2 sensor and gauge but I think they are still rather pricy.
