Did you take off the intake base or just the runners?

You can check the resistance of your injectors to see if any coils are shorted out; they should read about 16Ohms.

At idle, put a finger onto the harness of each injector to see if they are pulsing with the same strength.

Pull the plugs to see if #2 & #4 are the same as the others.

If all these checks show ok and you have no leak-down problems, don't worry about the injectors.

It's possible that the intake valves are leaking and you are getting blow back in those two intake ports.

Once again, check the spark plugs for further clues.

Once it's buttoned up you could run a compression check if nothing turns up otherwise.

Look at your injectors.....what color are they? If they are a dark grey in color with a white circle at the top, you have Multech disease! From your comments, it appears two cylinders are different than the others. Like the previous post, check your resistance on each injector. If you have Multech injectors, send me an email and I can tell you what I did for my car.
