ARAP in '86
It seems lots of guys use the ARAP bin as a starting point, even with older cars. For example, if I was to burn the ARAP bin onto an '86 eprom, would it work ok?? I have read here that I would also need to do the following:
Just unplug the 9th injector.
And make sure you change the "Crank Fuel Pulse Width Multiplier vs. Ref Pulses (1-16)" table or you will have extended cranking.
I changed 1-8 from 0.000 to 0.500 and it fires right up.
Is that all that is needed?
