1996 coupe timing chain
I bought a 1996 coupe w/LT-1 /auto that has 142k miles on it. It is a very clean and well kept vette. My concern is with the timing chain wear and maybe the oil pump with this amount of miles. I,m going to replace the Opti-spark components, should I go ahead and replace the timing chain at this time? What about the oil pump, too?

Can't speak for the oil pump... it would be interesting to know...
however, the oil pan is prone to leakage.
I would do the timing chain. I think they are a 150k mile part.
Besides, you get to fix all the oil leaks down there.
get a Helms manual, http://www.helminc.com to get your service manual. you will need it.
