Need some help!!!!!! advice
I am going to the track for the first time Wed's night,,, it is suppose to be around 50*. I have never doen this, but I have been around it all my life.... I think I know how to do it, by paying attention for 30 yrs..... I guess what I am asking is for anyone to give me some tips on launching this pig down the track.... I have most of the bolt on MODS / upgraded tranny w/2600 stall, just put a ZZ4 cam in it... ported plenum, runners... I am going to run on street tires, what should the tire pressure be? What RPM's should I launch at? Anything..... A bunch of my friends will be there and they all have Cobra's, so I really want to make an impression , if you know what I mean......... I will post times,,, Thursday morning!!!! What do you all think I can run ?

You should pull high 13s with any luck.
Only advice to give on launching is practice, practice, practice. Everyone's technique is a little different. Dont expect to wow your friends the first time out.
