Default Is there a diff. between hyd. cam and hyd. roller cam pushrods?

I was on the LPE site and noticed that they sell cams for hyd. cam and hyd. roller cam engines. The ones I have are speed-pro PN# rp5000rk. Are these correct jegs has the Federal mogal(owns speed pro I think) but it does not say what they can be used in??

If I do have the wrong ones which ones do I need

YES big diff in length!!! I made this mistake last year, on some excellant hardened pushrods. The roller pushrods are much shorter, this is because the roller lifters are longer. Very few pushrods advertised are for rollers, unless they say it. I will measure them if you wnat and give you the lenghts.

The Comp Cams "High Energy" pushrods that I put into my '88 L98 were 5/16" x 7.195"; the ones for the earlier flat tappet L98s are 5/16" x 7.290".

Yea, I figured it was.

I use to run a set of 7/16th pushrods on a BB Chevy years ago; suckas were as fat as cigars and with oil in them they weighed a ton.
