Not bad at all!!
If you want all the poly bushings you need to do everything (this kit has a lot, but not everything, especially the rear bushings), you can pick up Energy Suspensions kit from Summit Racing for $175.99. It includes everything but the sway bar bushings. Those run around $20 for the front and $20 for the rear.
Re: Lower Control Arm Replacement ???'s (edsalinas)
I'm going to be replacing the front bushings too. How high do you need to get the front to allow the spring to release enough and get the lower arms out?

1 foot should be more than enough. Actually, the room needed is so you can get under there to better reach all the other bolts that must come off. Like the engine cradle braces that connect under the engine and attach at the frame rails. Those must come off so the rear most bolt can be removed. I used jackstands in my garage.
