I just got the SLP CAI on the car, and it looks great. Now, to make it look better I wanted to replace the bellows connecting the CAI to the TB and the TB to the MAF. Just wondering if there's anywhere that makes these smooth bellows for these certain locations. Thanks.
the ones offered in the catalogues are poopie quality.LPE makes them also ,but not for LT1/4 cars, you can get them special ordered from Samco over here in England .There is a snag to special orders though....you have to order a minimum of ten units if I remember correctly. So if you know nine others that also want them great ,if not you will have several spares.I had looked into this and was put off by the minimum order stipulation.

hmmmmm . . . unit cost? anyone else remotely interested?
The ribs are supposedly there to smooth the airflow and make it less turbulent. I've heard this can be a non-issue on a vette because of the relatively straight path the air takes where in an F-Body it has a 90* turn.
well, ive almost given up on the smooth belows, ecklers and mid am do not cary them for lt1 vetts, samco does but they are 200 $ !! someone gave me a hint and said they used (believe it or not) street cones and cutt them out of that !! dunno, but he's supposed to send me pics. good luck,
Did you see my reply to your "Power Couplers" post? It's identical to my reply above. The part numbers are in the url that I included. They're in the MAD online catalog and as of last night, they were in stock (at least for the LT1)...
