84 Headlight question??
I have an 84 and my passenger side has a little bit of damage to it. The fog light and turning signal lens is busted and the BACK of the headlight sticks up about 1/4 of an inch not the light part but the back part. Before the engine lock up they still worked but the passenger one sometimes wouldnt come up then u turn them off and on and it would work. But now it dont come up it comes on but not up. I smacked my hood right next to the light when the lights was on and it came up but now it dont do that often just sometimes. Any ideas, do i need a new motor or is it getting stuck and maybe i need a new cover i dunno let me know thanks

First make sure that it is not binding up anywhere. I think that there are some adjustment screws that you can adjust the headlight housings, that may solve the problem. Next double check to make sure that when it was hit that it did not cut or loosen any of the wires that go to the motor. Hope it helps.
