hi After I changed my clutch on 1995 lt1 corvette my cruise control stopped working I checked the vaccum line and they were fine and I checke the fuse and it was good please let me know if you have any Idea what could it be .
It may be that a ground connected to the bellhousing wasn't hooked back up, but the cruise ground is usually spliced to a bunch of other stuff so some other things wouldn't be working either. Cruise needs the VSS signal to operate so make sure the wiring and switch at the tranny are in good shape, though if it were bad, the speedo probably wouldn't be working. There is a switch on the clutch pedal. Make sure it's connected and that there is continuity through the switch except when the clutch is depressed.
Did you check the vaccum line under the passenger side fuel rail cover? There is a small T valve that is prone to breaking due to engine heat. It's a $3.00 part.

Re: Cruise control doesn't work (YellowC4)
My cruise wasn't working and the problem turned out to be a small crack in the "T" fitting on the vacuum line. The new part cost me $7.00 and now the whole system works as good as new! (92 LT-1) :hurray: :hurray: :hurray: :hurray: :jester
