what should be the e.t for a stock lt4 powered car? i would like to know some times and m.p.h from some other owners. i got a best of 13.04 @ 105.79 m.p.h the first night i took it to the track. then if someone has for comparison sake some times with a set of long tubes and aftermarket exhaust installed. one night at the track can make someone become an addict for more speed.
I ran 12.966@107.35 in good air with drag radials. The car has only K&N and relocated MAT sensor and weighed in at 3610lbs. with 3/4 tank of gas and me in the seat.

Re: lt4 1/4 mile times (CYLT4)
My best is 12.94 @ 108.5 with the mods in my sig - NO drag radials, no long tubes, no gears.
By the way - you are right about the addiction thing! My dad used to take me to the drag strip as a little kid, I started bracket racing at 17 and did that EVERY weekend at least once until I was 31. Now I go several times a year. Man, it really gets in your blood!
thanks for the responses. i see my times are on par with some of the others . the only changes from stock configuration on my car are an open air lid w/ a k@n filter. the car doesnt even have the best of tires since the previous owner put eagle hp tires on it. the night of my runs the air temp was 38 degrees so the car was making good power but the track was slick so a launch on anything over 1800 resulted in severe wheel spin. i ran to get me some sort of baseline as to what the car was capable of before doing any mods. next is a set of drag radials for better grip then a set of exotic muscle long tubes with a corsa exhaust
