I put a 406 in my 1990 convertible, edelbrock rpm heads,ported and flowed, mild cam, 1.65 roller rockers, 9:8:1 compression, 58mm throttle body, 36lb. injectors,slp runners ported, plenum and intake ported, long tube headers, x-pipe, no cats, high voltage coil, custom prom by ed wright(fastchip) .
Got it dynoed and was not thrilled. 290rwhp 408rwtorque. Need a good tuner on long island, new york that can help. Thanks in advance. :banghead:
why so little static compression?
What thickness head gasket? Pistons dished? Ring gaps to ? Injectors seem huge for that. Spark plugs sooty? Did they provide an air fuel ratio curve?
