Default I can't believe the difference

I had my vette aligned about a 1 1/2 years ago after I had replaced the bushings in the rear. I didn't notice then but my car has always been noisy from the rear. Well I just replaced the rear link tie rods and almost couldn't get the left one off -it was rusted on. I eyeballed the rear wheels to get it close and took it for a spin. OH MY GOD what a difference even with it not perfectly aligned. I can only assume that the guy that did the alignment couldn't move that side and adjusted the other wheels to it. I had to remove the whole center link assembly to bust that end free and I know that he didn't. Had it aligned at Chevy place and it is sooo quite that now I can hear my exhaust on the highway(I couldn't before). No more droning sound from the rear. Anyway I just wanted to share my happiness.   :auto:

Last year I had 3 tie rods changed on my car... actually I think all of them were changed, I changed the rear U joints then had the car aligned and the wheel balanced, the new joints greesed.

OMG!!

The car is steady like a rock now, it used to want to pull on one side and would sometimes jump a bit to one side when hitting bumps in the road. (it was actually scary at times)

Anyway's, I know how you feel!
Good job!
