If you are refering to stock shortie headers, I tried a MAD front Y but sent it back due to defects in construction. Eventually I had a 2 1/2" mandrel-bend SS front Y custom built by the exhaust shop that installed my exhaust system. The full installation along with building the front Y cost $300 US.
If you are refering to LT headers, I believe that most come with (or have available) a matching front Y.
Hmmm, I just checked my Summit Racing catalog and the Hookers don't show the Y-pipe.
You might want to IM Vic'89 or Scorp as I think one or both use the Hookers.
The Hookers can be ordered with a Y pipe that is made for them.
I am using the Hooker Ypipe and it has worked out very good.
The header collectors have a 3 bolt flange on them to connect to the Y pipe. This is better than having a slip on Ypipe in my opinion.
