Default Radiator Drain fowl?

Ok, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I can't find it! The radiator sits the frame and I see nowhere to access a drain. The service manual shows the drain fowl but not how to get at it while the radiator is in the car.

hmmm. is there an access hole through the shroud? I do have a Dewitt radiator but I imagine it should be the same as stock (I hope)

heres a pic of my Dewitt, the drain is on the bottom passenger side pointing towards the ground, you cant see it in this pic, it is axis vertical.

There should be a hole cut in the fiberglass housing you can reach into. It's facing rearward just below the lower radiator hose.
