Default WIESCO PISTONS

Anyone have any thoughts on wiesco pistons good bad? as good as JE- ROSS or others i'm going to use them in a 383 build up they are .030 over and will be used with a 6 inch rod no juice or turbo. They are part #K167A3 thanks for the help guys

My experience in the use of Wiesco pistons in outboard motors has been nothing less than outstanding. I can only assume that they would be just as good in our small blocks.

Will they be ok for the street and some bracket racing every now and then? Some guys tellin me that they have too short of a skirt and they will wear out quickly. Thanks for all the input guys

I wouldn't run them in a blower motor or anything, but NA with a touch of nitrous <250 shot) should be just fine :cheers:

I'm actually running them now in my 383 with 6'' rods
